Claire should give the card back to Jason. This is because even if the card belongs to a bully, it does not mean that you should not give it back. Once this happened to me I had lost my backpack at school, this was in kindergarten then I found out that someone in my own class had hidden it when I found it he said he regretted doing it (he got in trouble).So If Jason finds out that Claire took his card and since he is a bully he will bother her for a long time. Another reason is if one of Jason’s friends sees her taking the card she will be in great trouble, besides taking things from other people is plain rude, you will regret it some time later. Also the finders keepers rule is definitely unfair the losers are unfortunate and the finders are very lucky. This is why the Claire should give the card back to Jason and not keep it for herself.
